The development of a family handicraft production resulted in the foundation of the company “Janja”, which deals with production and processing of cabbage, with a tradition longer than 40 years.
The main activity of the company “Janja” Ltd. is the production of fresh cabbage and sauerkraut – heads, shredded cabbage, leaves (vacuum). The company “Janja” produces about 1000 tons of sauerkraut per year. We sell our products both in the domestic and international market.
The family tradition, the technology we use, and our extensive experience are a prerequisite for the production of high-quality products, which has been proved by numerous prizes and awards for quality – namely, the gold medal for quality, awarded several times at the International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad.
The quality and safety control of our products was confirmed by the introduction of the FSSC 22000 and KOSHER CHECK. The implementation of the system further enables our customers to gain more confidence in our products and production.
